Export Information
Orders for export can be purchased using the discount code 'EXPORT' at checkout which reverts pricing to duty free from the UK.
The liability then becomes the purchaser's reliability.
This code can only be used by customers outside the UK.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@clansmanscotland.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Charge. Any and all items returned will incur a minimum of £5.95 to a maximum of 10% of the order value restocking charge. This covers admin, restocking, repackaging and shipping charges. You can always contact us for any return question at info@clansmanscotland.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I`ve been more than pleased with this product. Feels lovely to use with a rich lather, and leaves a super finish. As for the service - more than brilliant. when placing an order for some more, I mistakenly misunderstood the BOGOF offer and presumed [wrongly] it applied to twin packs - it didn`t, but was sent the extra bottles anyway with a lovely note.

Using this on top my my Shelby Ceramic coated car is a real pleasure. Easy to wash on. Removes all the dirt you want with little effort. Comes up with a great shine. Have only used in bucket so far, but can’t wait to try as a foam.

I have been using the ceramic shampoo along with the ceramic coating for about 18 months, previously I was using shop bought shampoo and wax polish and I can say without a doubt this is 100 percent superior. The picture that I have posted is my car that was foamed and leathered off yesterday, the rain droplets stand out when wet and I have only used the ceramic coating once which has lasted about 12 months without retouching. I would highly recommend CSL car care as any dealings with them have been very helpful and positive. Cheers John
